Kayla Price doubles as our Intake Manager and a Case Manager here at The Martin Law Group. Any potential clients who contact our firm speak with Kayla, who obtains the basic information and documents needed, and then she arranges their appointment with one of our attorneys. Kayla's work helps our attorneys expedite a potential claim. Kayla also follows up with potential clients after their initial call to keep them informed and move the matter along as quickly as possible.
Kayla also shares case management duties with Noel. She handles a number of client files for a variety of cases whether an initial claim or matter going into litigation. Kayla's role is to keep the client informed of matters needed for the case, to assist with the investigation of the case, and keep the file well-documented so that we can update the client at any point when it is needful.
A favorite moment of Kayla's was when an individual who was no longer a client, called to tell her the great news of her grandchild being born. Kayla's empathy really shows in her position with our firm. She genuinely cares about each potential client who calls, is concerned for their well-being, and finds it challenging to go home and not think about difficult circumstances many of our clients find themselves in.
Kayla's job position gives her the opportunity to work with each of our attorneys! She enjoys that David Martin is attentive to his staff and his clients, Clay Williams is always willing to share his knowledge of ERISA even if he is away from the office, and Ariel Blocker will always stop by to ask how things are going.
Out of the office Kayla enjoys participating in her hobbies including; being out on any body of water, traveling with her family, or riding four-wheelers. As a family-oriented mother of two, Kayla enjoys spending any free time she has with her husband, five-year-old daughter, and two-month-old son. Gathering around the table for some chicken wings or games or just simply catching up are other moments that Kayla holds near to her heart as well.
If you are a fan of old movies from the 50s then you will get along quite well with Kayla. She particularly loves the movie Guys and Dolls, which is one of her top three favorites. She also enjoys the opportunity to read any one of the books by F. Scott Fitzgerald.
