As an Intake/Client Relations Manager at the Martin Law Group, Noel Lee has the delightful opportunity to be one of the first individuals our clients make contact with. She is able to assist clients in getting the help they need by linking them up with our attorneys or referring them to other attorneys who can help. Noel enjoys being the outstretched arm between client and attorney in putting them in the best position for their circumstance. She is cheerful and kind always willing to help however possible.

You may have enjoyed talking with Noel during the intake process, but she will stay in touch later as well! When a case is accepted it moves on to an attorney and case manager. However, Noel will also stay in contact with you periodically throughout the case, making sure all is going well for you and your case. She cares about each client in our firm and it shows!

Some of Noel's favorite moments thus far have been speaking with clients and being able to make a personal connection with them. Although her position holds many positive aspects, informing potential clients that we, unfortunately, do not handle the type of issue they are having is one of the most challenging. Our practice is focused on disability and ERISA claims, but we do try to direct our callers to the best source for the help needed.

Noel works directly with Managing Partner, David Martin. She enjoys working with Attorney Martin because he is always sure to stop by her office in the mornings and cover any questions or concerns for the day so that tasks are prioritized and completed efficiently.

Noel is a graduate of the University of Alabama and enjoys the atmosphere and lifestyle in Tuscaloosa. Although work may be a big part of her life, when she's off the clock, Noel is sure to spend her free time doing other things that she loves including spending time with family and her dogs, singing and playing instruments, crafting, and cooking her favorite meals from her parents' homemade cookbook.
